2006 Terms and Conditions.
2006 PRICING.

An advance deposit of 1/3rd of the total rental cost must accompany the application for the reservation of the property within 4 working days of the telephone confirmation of the holiday dates.
Failure to do so may render your booking invalid. All reservations are subject to written confirmation. If the application is not accepted the advanced deposit will be refunded in full. In all cases of cancellation the advance deposit is non refundable after Easter.

The balance of the total rental cost must be payed in full at least 8 weeks before the holiday is due to commence. Failure to send the required amount by the due date may be at our disression regarded as cancellation of the holiday by you and the advance deposit will not be refunded.

The property is available after 4pm on the day of arrival.
The property to be vacated on the day of departure by 10am.
Accomodation in our property is restricted to the number of persons on the booking form.

The clients are responsible for keeping and leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition. Cleaning and breakages will be charged for. Please check the inventory on arrival and report any discrepancies within 24 hours.

If for any reason beyond the owners control ( e.g. fire damage ) the property is not ready on the day booked, all rent and charges paid in advance by the client will be refunded in full but the client shall have no further claim against the owner.

Reservations will not be accepted for all male or female parties of youg people.

Pet owners are totally responsible for their pets and any damage they may cause.
Pets are charged for at £15.00 per pet.

We (the owners) cannot accept liability for injury or loss of life to any person or animal or for loss or damage to any property brought onto the premises,or for any loss or damage to any vehicle on the premises.

The leisure facilities may only be used by persons actually residing in our property and not by visiting guests. Please ensure adequate parental supervision and guidance when using our facilities. We can not take responsibilty for accidents on our property.

Any breakdown of the amenities or equipment cannot be held the responsibility of the owners. We shall make every effort to rectify any faults or make repairs as soon as possible.

We (the owners) reserve the right to upgrade any booking, without any extra charge to the customer, to a more expensive property if necessary.
