Doors from the spacious entrance hall lead to the sitting room,laundry room and kitchen with conservatory. There is an understairs cupboard for coats and boots. The ground floor is serviced throughout with underfloor heating, while upstairs there are conventional radiators. The floors are stripped pine and Persian rugs are used instead of carpets throughout.
SITTING ROOM.
A large double aspect room with a Cornish granite stone fireplace for those comforting log fires, three sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. French style windows open out onto a raised deck area west facing with views over open countryside and Falmouth Bay.
KITCHEN BREAKFAST ROOM.
The kitchen is a large traditional farmhouse eat-in style, representing the heart of the home. There are hand crafted pine cupboards at base and eye level, beech wood work surfaces and a large pine dresser. The floor is stone flagged with wood block inserts. There is a large stone sink with double mixer taps, an electric twin fan assisted oven with five ring gas hob, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. The pine dining table seats upto 12 people and there is a sofa for those who wish to sit, relax and chat to the cooks !!!

Bunk beds and a single bed.

A beautiful cottage! Had a fantastic holiday, shame it had to end! Will definitely come back again!!!
This is a beautiful big family house, we had a wonderful week in this house, the surroundings and gardens are very relaxing, would love to come back in the summer.
The house really exceeded our expectations! We had a wonderful time, including a very special 3rd birthday party for our daughter, and the Bar b Q for all the mums, dads and grandparents, fabulous! Lovely artistic touches throughout the house makes it extra special. Would really recomend the walk down to Porthallow, great fun and well worth it for the pint down at the Five Pilchards. Lovely memories to take away with us and to tide us over until we return!!
A really lovely week with the family, accommodation excellent and garden lovely and secluded, super conservatory diner.
